Are your donations tax deductible?

AA4A is in the process of applying to become a tax deductible gift recipient (DGR) under the system operated by the Australian Taxation Office.  For an organisation to attain DGR status they must have been operating for a minimum of two years, have raised a minimum of $30,000 per year and demonstrate to AusAID that they have operated in an effective and efficient manner.  AA4A believe we meet the necessary criteria and are hopeful that DGR status is not too far off.  In the interim, we can organise for donations more than $100 to be tax deductible through an affiliated charity.  Please contact pat@aussieaid4africa.com and request a receipt should you require one.         

Donations of Materials

Travellers to Tanzania are welcome to bring items needed by the village and school. If you would like to visit the Tumaini village, please contact AA4A to determine what material items are appropriate.
